EagleARTS offers two creative, flexible spaces in Historic Downtown Eagle that are ideal for meetings, workshops, classes, and small celebrations. Our gallery setting brings people together in a warm, art-filled environment that supports local vitality and encourages connection.

Event Venues

Our Community Room is a comfortable, light-filled space suited for small meetings, art classes, trainings, and community gatherings. We provide a limited number of tables and folding chairs; renters may bring additional supplies as needed.

Rates:

  • $40/hour between 10am - 5pm (2-hour minimum)

  • $50/hour before 10am or after 5pm (2-hour minimum)

  • $300/day (8am – 8pm)

 

A $75 cleaning fee will be charged only if the space is not returned to its original condition. Renters are responsible for basic cleanup, removing personal items, and resetting furniture as found.​

Artful ambience for small parties and private events

Elevate your gathering by renting our entire Gallery, including the Community Room. This option is perfect for intimate celebrations, team socials, open houses, and art-focused experiences. Rates vary by time of day and season.

Rates:

  • Early Morning (7–10am) or After 5pm: $85/hour (3-hour minimum)

  • Regular Business Hours (10am–5pm): $110/hour (3-hour minimum)

  • December Rentals:

    • Before/After-hours: $110/hour

    • Regular business hours: $160/hour (3-hour minimum)

 

All Gallery rentals require an $100 cleaning fee to support staff time restoring the art-filled space for public use. This fee is separate from the refundable food-and-beverage deposit.

Rental Terms

To keep our gallery welcoming and safe for all, the following guidelines apply:

  • Rentals involving food & beverage require a $250 refundable deposit.

  • No alcohol may be served without a licensed bartender. Renter is responsible for securing all required permits.

  • Helium balloons and confetti are not permitted.

  • Full payment is due at the time of reservation.

  • Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the event; late cancellations forfeit rental fees.

  • A $15 administrative fee applies to participant-initiated refunds.

  • If EagleARTS must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, renters will receive a full refund or credit.

  • Renters removed due to disciplinary reasons will not receive a refund.

  • Requests outside this policy will be reviewed at the discretion of EagleARTS staff.
