About the event
Earrings can take any outfit up a notch—or two! Learn the fundamentals of handmade earrings while creating 3–4 pairs in a variety of styles to wear yourself or give as personalized gifts.
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn techniques for making simple one-, two-, and three-drop earrings, as well as cluster-style designs. You’ll work with beads, headpins, eyepins, wire, and earwires and learn how these different components come together to create finished earrings. You’ll also learn how to wire-wrap briolette-style beads, giving you another technique to use in future jewelry projects.
No previous jewelry-making experience is necessary.

Because jewelry is personal, participants will purchase and bring their own beads and project supplies. This allows you to choose the colors, materials, shapes, and overall look that suit your style.

Please Note: Participants will need to purchase and bring their own beads, beading wire, crimp beads, and clasps. This allows you to choose colors, bead sizes, and materials that match your personal style. A detailed supply list with guidance on selecting compatible materials will be emailed to you after registration. All tools and equipment will be provided during the workshop. ARTSPACE will also have a limited selection of beads and supplies available for purchase.
